Tasting Notes: The Giuseppe Quintarelli Recioto della Valpolicella A Roberto is named in honor of Roberto Ferrarini, Giuseppe Quintarelli’s longtime enologist. Grapes are dried before the wine is vinified and then racked and ages in Slavonian oak barrels for five to six years.
