Tasting Notes: The Vigneti Massa Monleale has classic notes of cherry and raspberry, high acid with deep complexity. One of the few Barberas that age well and become more complex, it is perfect to accompany strong dishes such as stews and game.
Estate History: Walter Massa has been producing wine in Colli Tortonesi since 1978. He is considered “The Mad Master of Barbera.” This Monleale is a perfect vino da meditazione.
