Tasting Notes: Klin is the name of Primosic’s most important single vineyard, and it translates into “wedge” due to the shape of the parcel. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Friulano, Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla, Klin is Primosic’s flagship wine and one of the highest expressions of Collio white wines. As a matter of fact, the best winemakers in Collio have always allocated their best white grapes to the crafting of a white blend, a wine that uniquely combines the varietal character of the grapes, the mineral backbone of the Ponca soil and the winemaker’s style.
