Tasting notes: Native to Alto Adige Schiava, or Vernatsch in local dialect, is a light bodied red that can be likened to Gamay as it is a step softer than Pinot Noir and can be served slightly chilled. Notes of fresh raspberries and cherry. Lightly floral with soft tannins.
