Tasting Notes: The Venturini Baldini Lambrusco Reggiano Rose Cadelvento is a sparkling rose’ made of the Lambrusco varieties of Sorbara and Grasparossa, grown on clay-rich soils. The grapes are harvested in the first ten days in September. Long Charmat method. It opens with a fragrant and long lasting bouquet, with notes of rosehip and ripe plums. With a dry body, it is mellow, fragrant, tasty and fresh.
