Tasting Notes: This is Valfaccienda’s take on a ‘Nouveau’ wine. The fruit is from their youngest vines, and it’s bottled only a few months after harvest- this is a lighter and fresher version of Nebbiolo. Bright cherry and much less tannin than the traditional style, perfect for summer.
