Tasting Notes: The Tenuta di Valgiano Mazzapink has pulpy notes of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and black pepper. On the palate, flavors of candied violet, juicy blood orange, garrigue, rhubarb. Excellent with Margherita pizza, pork belly, grilled vegetables, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The label been beautifully designed by artist Sara Di Giovanni and depicts the town of Lucca with the biodynamic horn and a hilly Tuscan backdrop.
