Tasting Notes: This pure Carricante wine, from ungrafted old vines that grow on the easter slopes of Milo on Mt.Etna is made the old way, in a Sicilian 'Palmento" located in the family house of Salvo Foti. Made the same way for centerues, with gravity filtration, no electricity and an ancient, giant wooden press operated by hand. The result is a singular, rare and authentic expression of Etna's electric white grape, Carricante.
