Tasting notes: Fiordaliso comes from Grechetto vines that sink their roots into soils composed of white clay, calcareous marl and chalk. In the glass the glass appears straw yellow. On the nose there are scents of sweet yellow flowers, citrus, notes of wild herbs. On the palate the wine is dry and fresh, with marked savory notes. It pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes, from seafood risotto to fish stew, vegetable risottos and fresh cheeses.
