Tasting Notes: The Paltrinieri Lambrusco dell'Emilia Solco is from 100% Lambrusco Salamino grapes. In the glass the color is deep red-to-purple, with a fine perlage. The aromatics are intense with notes of ripe red fruits, cherries, sour cherries and little wild black currants and blackberries, very floral. The palate is pleasantly delicate, with good and balanced acidity, fresh and easy to drink, slightly tannic and bright, try with salumi and hard cheeses.
