Tasting notes: Poderi e Cantine Oddero ranks among the oldest established Barolo houses and owns prized parcels in several of Barolo’s most prestigious crus. Many of the family’s holdings date back to the 1700s, and the very first bottle of Oddero Barolo was released in 1878.
Their 2021 Barolo is a brilliant garnet-red color. Unmistakable bouquet, very pleasant, intense yet ethereal, very persistent, at times spiced, with aromas of truffles, liquorice and dried flowers.
