Tasting Notes: Despite what you may expect from Bolgheri and the land of Super Tuscans, Montepeloso's Nardo is uniquely comprised of Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Marsellan. Picked from lime-rich petrified clay and silex soils and aged in used barriques, the Nardo is laced with sweet red cherry, plum, leather, licorice, incense and dried flowers.
