Tasting Notes: The Fonzone Greco di Tufo has an intense golden yellow color. It has aromatic notes of yellow pulp fruit, orange blossom and grapefruit peel. The round palate is juicy, with a long finish that reveals, in the nose, pleasant notes of dried apricot.
Estate History: Lorenzo Fonzone Caccese began the Fozone winery in 2005 in Paternopoli, the heart of Taurasi, where his family has lived since the 1800s. The hill covers about thirty hectares that was almost completely wild originally, and vineyards coexist with fruit trees, olive groves and woods, along a road that connects the main house to the cellar.
