Tasting Notes: The Emilio Bulfon Etichetta Nera is a dry and fruit-forward red from Friuli. Dark forest fruit, herbs and smoke fill the glass. Pairs well with grilled meats, barbecue. The grape, Picolit Neri, which means “tiny blacks”, most likely derives from the small size and dark color of the grapes.
