Tasting Notes: This complex white has an incredible balance of waxy citrus fruits against a mineral frame. Hints of tropical fruits emerge from the glass, and the palate is long and fresh, with a perfect brisk acidity on the finish.
Estate History: Cascina Penna-Currado is the new personal project of the Penna-Currado Vietti family, led by Elena Penna, Luca Currado Vietti, and their children, Michele and Giulia. As custodians of a rich cultural and sentimental heritage in the Langhe, Luca and Elena spent over 35 years leading the renowned Vietti winery until they decided to start a new chapter in January 2023. Their new, smaller-scale, artisanal venture is a family effort, combining their wit, wisdom, and renewed ambition, deeply rooted in their extensive experience in the Langhe.
