Tasting Notes: The Borgo Conventi Pinot Grigio is from the rolling hills of the Collio in Friuli. It is pale straw yellow in color, with coppery highlights. On the nose it is fragrant, layered and concentrated with notes of ripe pear and spring flowers that unfold to reveal a subtle end note of baked bread. This elegant white is supple on the palate with a savory character. It is well balanced with a long finish.
