Tasting Notes: The Negro Angelo Unfiltered Arneis, a unique take on this iconic white from Piemonte, is a fine straw-yellow color with a greenish hue. Aged in stainless steel for 4+ months on the lees with regular battonage and bottled unfined or filtered. Cloudy due to presence of residual yeast. Grapefruit aromatics alongside notes of peach and lychee. A pleasantly tart wine with hints of Golden Delicious apple on the palate. Chill, shake, serve!
