Tasting notes: Filagnotti is a single vineyard bottling from a parcel beautifully overlooking the town of Tassarolo. The Filagnotti name is a tribute to one of Stefano's dogs (or maybe he named the dog after the parcel, it's unclear), as seen on the label. Aged for several months in large Acacia barrels, expect rich stoney and fleshy fruit to match fresh acidity.
