Tasting Notes: The Il Gusto di Almafi Mandarino Liqueur is a pure expression of southern Italy's extraordinary mandarin oranges. The Mandarino liqueur is a great digestivo; drink cold, but not on the rocks. The bottle may need to be shaken occasionally to mix in the mandarin oils that rise to the top. Try a dash of it with good Prosecco, too.
